Enjoying the sun

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - one double with en-suite washing and toilet facilties, one twin room and a single room, and a separate bathroom with toilet. We do not have bunk beds; we provide cotton or poly-cotton sheets plus duvets. For extra cosiness in the colder months, we have an electric blanket for the double bed.

A laundry room with washing machine is available to guests.

We have a private water supply from our own spring. We have found the pure, chlorine-free water is kind to sensitive skin, especially to sufferers from eczma. The water is tested annually by the local authority to guarantee purity.

Inside the Linhay

The Linhay is spacious throughout - the interior was designed to provide a feeling of light and space - a feature our visitors often comment on.

The downstairs living room has a woodburning stove which make the cottage very cozy. The living room opens onto the private terrace with views over the river valley to the hills beyond.

The Linhay has a colour television with Freeview and DVD player, numerous books and games and holiday ideas to keep children and adults amused. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided for use on the terrace.

There is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, quality cooker and microwave. There is an entrance hall, downstairs toilet and plenty of hanging space for coats etc..
